KEYS FOR EFFECTIVE MINISTRY
ABOUT THE BOOK
Keys for Effective Ministry is a ministerial mentorship guide to develop strong supportive workers, effective leaders and congregation members who become vision carriers.
This exciting work is a discovery of practical insight, highlighting valuable principles that will gear you towards effectiveness in ministry. As you move from page to page you will find keys that will unlock the doors to ministry growth. Jesus said, I give you the keys of the kingdom (Matthew 16:16).
By using the word “keys” it suggests that there is not merely one key that will open all the doors. In the natural this is a fact, in the kingdom a reality. We are blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3). It takes keys to unlock those doors. Just think of it this way: it will not help to use your car keys to get access to your house.
In this book the author hands out keys to visionary leadership, supportive leadership, church growth, vision casting, members catching the vision, stewardship, servanthood, integrity, submission and ministry protocol. A violation of these key principles is a violation of your ministry growth. Your key to empowerment lies in your response to the “set man” which God has placed over you, but so many church members violate this important spiritual law. He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward (Matthew 10:41).
